Morning yoga

Morning yoga practice is suitable for anyone who has a more sedentary lifestyle and needs more dynamics and movement in their daily life. It is suitable for all levels of advancement, including complete beginners. This practice is a combination of synchronous breathing with dynamic and static asanas (exercises), which will improve the cardiovascular system, flexibility, physical and mental strength and endurance.
What other benefits are achieved by practicing morning yoga? The circulatory system improves, we stimulate the lymph and help to expel excess toxins and toxins from the body. The body is beautifully shaped and the aging process is slowed down. Flexibility improves, energy increases and the mind prepares for the day ahead. Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is one of the most authentic forms of yoga. This practice strengthens health and supports the development and qualities of the personality. Ashtanga improves the functioning of all organs and systems. It shapes the body beautifully, detoxifies it and calms the mind. In addition, this system teaches us self-discipline, inner strength, self-monitoring, responsibility and awareness.
Asanas (yoga poses) are performed in a certain sequence, in sync with proper breathing, which warms and cleanses the body of toxins.
Ashtanga supports physical endurance, flexibility and mental concentration. This type of yoga is popular and highly preferred among practitioners.

Aerial yoga

Aerial yoga is a combination of various dynamic and static yoga movements, TRX exercises, gymnastics and acrobatics. The exercises are done using a special hammock in the air or more close to the ground. This, on the one hand, facilitates the stretching of the tendons and muscles, since the earth’s gravity does not interfere, but also strengthens them, since we work with our own body weight. All of this helps the health of the vestibular and musculoskeletal systems. It improves mobility, lymph flow, blood supply throughout the body and especially in the upper part. With the hammock, we do a lot of inverted poses that help the extension of the spine and slow down aging.
On a psycho-emotional level, we clear fears and related blockages. We nurture a joyful mood and gain a new perspective on things in life!
Contraindications – pregnancy, glaucoma, hypertension and operations up to three months.

Yin yoga​

Yin Yoga is a very relaxing practice where we stay for longer periods of time in easy-to-perform and down-to-earth asanas (poses).
The goal is to relax the fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the joints. On a more subtle level, we connect and harmonize the energy in the meridians and feminine energy centers. On a psycho-emotional level, repressed emotions are released, the nervous system is calmed, and the inner state is harmonized – the feeling of inner peace and tranquillity is achieved. In this class, you will feel relaxed and free from stress and tension.
Yin Yoga is recommended for everyone and can be practiced by both beginners and experienced students. It improves personal practice, physical and psycho-emotional health!

Therapeutic yoga includes dynamic and static asanas /positions and exercises/ that improve flexibility, strength and body balance. This type of yoga focuses on stretching joints and relieving pain and tension in the waist, back, and shoulders. Using a specially selected sequence of exercises can help straighten the posture and improve the functions of the internal organs. The back muscles are strengthened, the joints are mobilized, and the spine’s flexibility is improved. Practicing therapeutic yoga has numerous benefits for physical and mental health. Using breathing techniques can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression and improve a general sense of well-being. It is suitable for everyone!

Pilates

I’m Ekaterina Skril – I’ve been a certified instructor for six years now and have been professionally involved in Pilates, aerobics, stretching and sports dance. In addition to physical practices, I study psychology and am a certified eating behavior consultant. I chose this profession to be useful and give people the most valuable things – health, energy, harmony and love for sports! In Pilates, I combine strength and stretching exercises with which we build a strong, graceful and beautiful body. It is a training system that allows the development of full body coordination, suitable for people of all ages and genders.
